47Touches is an AI-powered content production platform designed for course creators, coaches, and consultants. You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@popcornleadgen.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
47Touches is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. By using 47Touches, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are located in a jurisdiction where the minimum age for consent to data processing is higher than 13 (such as 16 in certain European Union countries), you must meet that higher age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the applicable minimum age. If we become aware that a user is under the applicable minimum age without verifiable parental consent, we will terminate that account and delete their data.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Popcorn LeadGen does not store your payment card details. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
Content generated using the Platform is produced using AI and is based on inputs you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it. Popcorn LeadGen does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of any generated content for your specific purpose.
The Platform, its design, framework, and underlying technology are the property of Popcorn LeadGen. Content you generate using the Platform belongs to you. You grant Popcorn LeadGen a limited licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Popcorn LeadGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
47Touches integrates with third-party services including Canva, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Stripe, and others (collectively "Third-Party Services"). We are not responsible for any interruption, outage, error, or failure of any Third-Party Service, or any loss of data, content, or functionality resulting from such interruption or failure. Your use of Third-Party Services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We make no warranties or representations regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any Third-Party Service. If a Third-Party Service becomes unavailable, your core 47Touches content — including your campaigns, touchpoints, and generated copy — remains accessible within the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@popcornleadgen.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
