1. Who We Are

47Touches is operated by Popcorn LeadGen, a sole trader based in the Republic of Ireland. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this Platform. You can contact us at support@popcornleadgen.com.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data when you use the Platform:

• Name and email address (collected at account registration)
• Business or brand information you provide when using the Platform (used to generate content)
• Usage data (how you interact with the Platform, features used, content generated)
• Payment information (processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store your card details)

We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 13, or the applicable minimum age in their jurisdiction.

2a. Canva Integration Data

When you connect your Canva account to 47Touches, we access the following data via the Canva API:

• Design content and metadata — used solely to import your edited carousel designs back into 47Touches
• Exported design images — downloaded temporarily to update your touchpoint slides, then the original Canva export URLs are discarded
• Canva user ID — used to authenticate your connection

We do not store your Canva designs beyond what is necessary to display your synced slides within 47Touches. We do not use your Canva data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties. You can disconnect your Canva account at any time from Settings, which will delete your stored Canva access token.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver the Platform's content generation services
• Process payments via Stripe
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts)
• Improve the Platform based on usage patterns
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance — to deliver the services you signed up for
• Legitimate interests — to improve the Platform and prevent fraud
• Legal obligation — where required by applicable law
• Consent — where you have explicitly opted in (e.g. marketing emails)

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only with the following third-party service providers, strictly for the purpose of delivering the Platform:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic — AI content generation (your inputs are processed to generate touchpoint content)
• ElevenLabs — audio content generation
• OpenAI — image generation
• AssemblyAI — video transcription
• PostNitro — carousel generation
• Supabase — database and file storage

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data processing terms.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Request a portable copy of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

8. Cookies

The Platform may use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Platform functionality.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

10. International Transfers

Some of our third-party providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

11. Children

The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the applicable minimum age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the Platform. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
